He later worked with Jain & Company, a reputed firm of solicitors, and served as an Associate to Late Shri Harjinder Singh, Senior Advocate, where he developed extensive expertise in criminal litigation, preventive detention laws, COFEPOSA, SAFEMA, and NDPS matters.
Since establishing his independent chamber in 2009, he has continued to represent clients in complex litigation involving criminal law, NDPS, PMLA, FEMA, extradition, GST, customs, civil, corporate, constitutional, matrimonial, and white-collar crime matters.
